Introducing the Vantage Directors:

  Martyn Goodhand, Chairman

Martyn founded Vantage in 1988, following a successful career within the printing industry. Martyn continues to lead the sales focus within Vantage.

  Tony Mitcheson, Group Commercial and Finance Director

Tony is an accountant who has spent most of his professional career working within the industry and joined Vantage in 1991. Prior to joining Vantage he spent nearly 15 years working at a senior level within the construction industry during which period he fine-tuned his commercial acumen. This wealth of financial and commercial experience is put to good use with Tony taking executive responsibility for these important aspects of the Vantage business.

  Tim Ray, Customer Service Director

Tim has over 15 years experience of on-line learning and the development of tools related to that market place, joining Vantage via the ACT Consultants Ltd acquisition. He has been a project director for major educational e-learning projects with budgets over £1m and with clients such as Sainsburys, Lloyds TSB and the British Red Cross.

  Bob Lowe, Sentinel Health Product Director

Bob joined Vantage via the Safecode Ltd acquisition and has over 20 years in the risk managment arena. Before establishing Safecode, Bob's career included spells with the NHS, Local Authorities and the fire, police and prison services.

  Tony Gibson, Sentinel LA Product Director

Tony has been with Vantage for several years and has an extensive background in systems analysis and implementation. Tony now provides support to Vantage's Local Authority clients working with them to continue the development of Sentinel, to meet their changing needs.
