St Helena Hospice has facilities across Essex and provide palliative care to people with incurable diseases, including Motor Neurone Disease, heart failure, cancer, AIDS, and lung disease. Their team provide homecare and also bereavement services for those experiencing the death of a loved one. The charity wanted to update from paper-based incident reporting to a data management software system, for better quality data recording and retrieval with more automation in place.
